Thеsе organic Juniper Berries ( Juniperus Communis) has been hand-gathered from the ridges of Rhodope mountain in South Bulgaria- the mountain of Orpheus.
After drying the wild Juniper berries we have stored them in a handmade eco bag we crafted of 100% recycled paper and white lace. We hand color the recycled paper for the bag with homemade coffee so that it looks like a vintage paper bag.
150 grams ( 5.3 oz. ) of Juniper berries in a 100% recycled paper bag.
How to make juniper tea:
To make a tea of juniper berries, pour one cup of water and add one tablespoon of juniper berries. Juniper berries are soaked for about 20 minutes before they are drunk.
Or you can boil water, then put about 30 juniper berries in the water after you stop the fire. Leave the bowl for 10 minutes, then you can drink from the tea after it is not too hot.
Fruit Juice Additives:
You can also use juniper berries in the form of supplements. When used specifically for bladder infections, these supplements may contain other herbs such as dandelion, golden, and borage root.
Usage of juniper berries:
The tea of juniper berries is useful for strengthening the stomach and intestines, strengthening the immune system, improving metabolism, removing urine and salt from rheumatism and gout from the body to enhance the excretory functions of the body in swelling and obesity.
Healing course with juniper berries:
Excessive use of juniper berries damages the kidneys. Therefore, the recommended amount should not be exceeded. In kidney failure and pregnancy, consumption of juniper berries is prohibited.
