Magichaals are Elementals who practice magic and fight with The Dark Lords. In The Realm of Exzdourn Elementals are in alliance with the humans, who fight for The light Lords.
"Magichaal's Quarter" is the place where Elemental Magicians gather to make new magics and make plans against The Dark Lords, magicians also live in this quarter and have built their Towers and The Hall (The building between the two towers on the drawing).
